The site location presented the client with a great opportunity to build an attractive building to seek the attention of potential business owners. With the location already being very ideal, it was down to the building design and client brief of valuing both the tenants convenience and customer access, for this project to meet its brief. A modern and attractive space for new or experienced business owners.
